Q: What does JaihoPe do?
Ans: JaihoPe is channelising unused material lying idle at your home, to someone who need that. We deal with all kinds of underutilized item.
Q: What all can I give/contribute?
Ans: You can give more or less anything, which is not being used at your home, office or community and could be of use to another.


Q: What is the list of material that you take ?
Ans: Toys, Blood Donation, Books, Clothes, Electronics items, Food, Furniture, Home Appliances are most basic categories.

Q: I want to contribute material to JaihoPe. Can someone come and pick it up from my place?
Ans: Kindly note that we do not have a mechanism for picking up items from households or entities, rather you can simply register on JaihoPe app and post item which will be seen by the people using this app in 50KMs from your meeting point and they will contact you through the instant messaging feature of JaihoPe application.

Q: Will you issue an acknowledgement of material I contribute?
Ans: No, We will mark your item donated after you update its status to donated from your post list page in the application. Keeping in mind that it is solely your and receiver’s responsibility to post, offer donate and receive the posted item.

Q: If I contribute in kind will I get a receipt?
Ans: Please refer earlier answer.

Q: Can you give me the feedback regarding whereabouts of my material?
Ans: No, it depends on the receiver to say thanks to you in your personal chat for your donation and we will not display that to anyone else using this app or had shown interest to take that item from you.

Q: I want to do my internship, how do I proceed?
Ans: You can ask your institute to send JaihoPe team a formal letter, mentioning about your interest in doing an internship with JaihoPe where you will have to mention about the duration, specific interest area, geographical preference etc.

Q: Is there any advantage of donating online?
Ans: Yes. Using online platform as primary resource to donate and it is fast and transparent method of donating.

Q: How safe is my personal information with JaihoPe ?
Ans: Being responsible citizen, we are committed to protect all your personal information shared with us during registration and your chat. For more details, please do read our Privacy Policy.

Q: What if my address or phone number changes?
Ans: You can always change your address and simply update the new address in your profile page but changing mobile number and email is NOT permitted as it is you primary identity with that account.
